Welchen Urlaub für rüstige 80jährige??

Ich bin auf der Suche nach einer passender Feriendestination für meine topfite 80-jährige Mutter. Sie wünscht sich ein Hotel (nur Frühstück) am Strand, nicht weit weg von Läden und Restaurants, mit etwas Abendunterhaltung im Hotel, jedoch nicht "Ballermanstyle".
Das Ganze sollte für ca. 1 Woche sein und 1000.-- inkl. Flug ab Zürich, nicht überschreiten.
Hat jemand einen Tipp??
